font class="bold"Description/fontdivJob PurposebrOur Warehouse Coordinators are the and#8220;engineand#8221; of our Parts Department. They are responsible for organizing and maintaining the parts warehouse and inventory to serve the needs of both internal and external customers.and#160;Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive and organize all incoming freight for the branch in an accurate and timely matter.brUnpack, check-in, count, verify and scan barcodes on all received freight.brStock parts shelves in correct fashion; making sure parts are sorted in bins, well marked and neat.brDistribute inter-branch orders in an accurate and timely manner.brPull orders from shelves and complete shipping paperwork.brMaintain an accurate record of inventory shipped and received. brProvide exceptional customer service to all internal customers and partnering business units.brWork with Parts Delivery Drivers to stage deliveries.brPackage and ship core returns as needed.brOther duties as assigned.An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
