Kanaan Communications, LLC is currently seeking to fill a full-time Workflow Coordinator Position in our Wyoming, MI. office.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate construction efforts with Supervisor for project completion by predetermined deadlines including site access scheduling

  • Request and submit field site surveys to design team and review the results for accuracy.

  • Request ROW and/or pole permitting.

  • Complete a construction work order and bill of materials.

  • Coordinate invoicing of completed work.

  • Track and report job progress.

  • Communicate and coordinate projects with the construction management team.

  • Identify right-of-way and pole permitting options, when necessary.

  • Contact the customer to describe the construction scope of work and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must understand design parameters as they relate to RF and powering specifications.

  • Able to read and understand MSO system prints to identify Nodes, Amps, LEs, Taps, Splitters, LPIs, Power Supplies, Utility Poles, Anchors, Footages, Node / Township / City / Corp Boundaries, etc.

  • Good planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

  • Able to multitask and prioritize schedules as related to customer expectations.

  • Able to communicate with customers in a positive, professional manner.

  • Strong Microsoft Office computer skills.

  • Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Able to work outside in all types of weather.

  • Able to lift, handle, and carry 80-pound ladder.

  • Able to work at heights of 3-25 ft.

  • Able to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift throughout each day.

Work Environment:

Employee will need to work outdoors while on duty, in all weather conditions.
