The National Account Pricing Analyst plays an instrumental role in interpreting and implementing customer pricing contracts, including various components of customer sell price, and investigates customer margin to maintain customer profitability. This role will uphold and increase pricing integrity for both internal and external customers. Be part of it!Everyday will be different, but you can expect to:emCustomer Contract Management/emulliPerforms collection, retention, organization and administration of customer/vendor contracts/liliMatches vendor item codes to the GFS item codes./liliCodes vendor contract documents by matching vendor item codes to GFS item codes./liliUtilizes the pricing system to implement customer contract pricing./liliCollaborates with various teams to ensure accurate proprietary item contract costs to manage customer sell price./liliCollaborates with Capstone to ensure accurate freight rates and delivery method (collect, prepaid or backhaul)./liliMonitors contract item and sales agreement expiration./liliVerifies customer pricing and accuracy through internal and external audits./li/ulemGeneral Customer Sales Support/emulliCollaborates with support team members in building and maintaining Customer relationships./liliEnsures all components of customer contracts are in accurately in place, e.g. rebates, distribution fees and invoice fees, etc./liliAnalyzes weekly margin reports to correct inaccuracies (freight, pricing, agreement, etc.) and communicate with all stakeholders./li/ulemVendor Management/emulliBuilds and maintains vendor relationships./liliReconciles Vendor bill back discrepancies./liliCollaborates with the Finance team to solve vendor credit/deduction and repayment issues./li/ulPositions Qualifications:ulliThree to five years previous business experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Accounting or finance background preferred./liliBachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred./liliAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel (VlookUps, Marcos experience is a plus)./li/ululliAttention to detail, problem solving skills, organizational and time management skills./liliAbility to accomplish
