S/he will partner with department managers in facilitating additional specialty training as needed. S/he will communicate in outgoing and friendly professional demeanor not only to Mortgage Sales and Operation teams, but all other Internal and External Customers.brbrRESPONSIBILITIESbrand#8226; Train mortgage operations and sales on LOS Services.brand#8226; Responsible for creating, maintaining, and distributing training materials to ensure all training content are current and make updates due to any regulatory or process changes.brand#8226; Partner with mortgage department managers to assist with developing/facilitating specialty training, including outside partners.brand#8226; Daily support to our mortgage teams on the LOS.brand#8226; Attends weekly /monthly department meeting, along with business lines meetings for Mortgage Sales and Operations.brbrREQUIREMENTSbrand#8226; High school diploma or equivalent requiredbrand#8226; 3 - 5 Years training or teaching experiencebrand#8226; 3 - 5 Years experience in mortgage origination strongly preferredbrand#8226; Familiarity with loan origination process documents (through work in title, real estate, loan closing or loan processing) brand#8226; Strong background in facilitating training classes, ideally in mortgage lending. brand#8226; Excellent presentation skills.brand#8226; Must have strong verbal, written, active communication skill
