MacAllister Sales - Underground Outside Sales Rep in Waterford Twp., Michigan
This position is responsible for developing new customer relationships and facilitating sales growth for underground pump and shoring division.
Generate revenue and profit by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
Increase market share within assigned territory by establishing and maintaining relationships with former and new customers
Provide customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations to achieve goals for market share and fleet utilization
Negotiate price with customers
Ensures all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
Generate sales leads by determining customer needs and identifying equipment, services, and/or parts that MacAllister provides and routes sales leads to appropriate sales representative
Evaluates new construction projects and follow up with contractors for potential leads
Assist management with sales forecasting involving budgets, market share, margins, and volume of sales
Assist with coaching new team members
Maintain business relationships with company vendors and suppliers
High School Diploma or GED
3 to 5 years of experience within Sales and Trench Shoring
Valid Driver’s License
Temp pumping systems knowledge
Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in related business field
5 years or more of experience with Sales and Trench Shoring

Ability to travel and provide customer support outside the traditional workday hours of 8a.m. to 5p.m.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline driven environment.
