JOB DESCRIPTION: NKF Global Technology team is currently seeking an experienced SENIOR SUPPORT ASSOCIATE. The role of Senior Support Associate is to coordinate the collection of data and incorporate it into drawings and schematics. They will consult with clients, architects and engineers while preparing and presenting drawings. Manage the creation and distribution of production reports and drawings, and the maintenance of all data and information. Responsible for gathering data issues and developing a plan to resolve them working with the client andor client reps. Possesses architectural aptitudes in space and ADA compliance. Collaborate with the customer and create space plans to ensure successful completion of projects and client needs. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Primary duties and responsibilities in relation to ongoing support shall include but are not limited to: * Reports to the Director * Creates and develop reports in IBM TRIRIGA or ARCHIBUS * Work with the client and their customers to develop and create Space plans * Lead and manage test fit requests in IBM TRIRIGA or ARCHIBUS * Manages data creation, collection and loading process in IBM TRIRIGA or ARCHIBUS * Creates and revises production drawings (detail and assembly drawings). * Work with client s business partners as needed to ensure accurate, effective interface and update of information * Uses computer assisted design/drafting (AutoCAD 2018) equipment and software to develop designs. * Produce reports and drawings (in the format required by client) on a demand basis as well as maintains a resource library of current information for all components of the department to access as needed in IBM TRIRIGA or ARCHIBUS * Train or manage training for internal and client personnel on practices, policies and procedures * Conduct design layout feasibility studies to solve space planning issues. * Makes final sketch of proposed drawing, checking dimension of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project. * Responsible for all day to day activities of the CAFM system and related technology systems including drawings and data maintenance * Responsible developing spaces plans for the Move Add Change process to ensure the successful completion of the space planning projects and needs * Sets up and maintains an organized file system for production drawings * Working with the client to architect the client needs for space and space planning solution SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor s degree and/or advanced degree and experience in related discipline (Computer Aided Facilities Management, Computer aided Design, Real Estate, Architecture or Engineering) or comparable market experience * Minimum of 5 years of functional understanding of real property information systems * TRIRIGA, ARCHIBUS, or other IWMS system experience preferred * 2-4 years experience in Computer Aided Facility Management * Problem Solving - Data analytics (Able to detect data issues and develop a plan to fix) * Collaboration skills * RFP and Proposal writing skills * Space Planning and Occupancy Planning skills * Vacancy vs. Headcount strategy * Understanding restacks * Neighborhooding * Knowledge in ADA Compliance * Knowledge of Office furniture use and reuse * Knowledge of portfolio planning (Looking where companies can compress space) Note: The statements herein are intended to
