Aerotek Software Architect And Developer in Warren, Michigan


  • This position will be leading an Intelligent Agent Framework/Software package which will be used in an R&D lab environment to evaluate and mitigate crew member task loading.

  • The software will pick up tasks that would normally be done by a person. For example - Driving, following a route, situational awareness, target recognition, reporting, measure task loading.

  • One of the main questions this person will be tasked with solutioning is - when we remove soldier presence within a ground vehicle, what tasks can be picked up via software? Which are most important, why and how will they be implemented.

  • Interface directly with government stakeholders and system matter experts to identify and document system requirements

  • Design, develop, and test program specific software components, integrate software into Crew Station Lab.

  • Provide overall design leadership to software team.

  • Present project status to government leadership


model-based system engineering, SysML, C++, Linux, Combat systems, ground vehicles, UML, uml modeling, framework,

Top Skills Details:

  • Model-Based System Engineering experience

  • SysML experience

  • Strong C++ skills; development experience with both Linux and Windows environments.

  • Experience with tactical/combat systems/subsystems or C4 solutions for U.S. Army ground vehicles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:


Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science is preferred

Java (or other object oriented languages) may be acceptable but C++ is preferred
