We offer challenging positions for passionate professionals looking to advance their careers and be a part of an IT organization focused on innovation, speed and business value.About the role: Strategist and results focused leader responsible for guiding a talented team of direct reports and influencing a broad network of subject matter experts to design, govern and execute disciplined IT Service Management practices. The leader will drive transformation in key areas and ensure optimization in others while at the same time enhancing the strategic framework of policies, processes, and procedures necessary to: 1) ensure world class IT environment stability; 2) offer unparalleled service availability and; 3) consistently achieve the appropriate balance between protecting the enterprise and enabling velocity of change at scale. The strongest candidate will be a critical thinker and seasoned leader, with deep knowledge of IT fundamentals, excellent relationship management skills and a variety of professional experiences to leverage while tackling enterprise level challenges.Core Responsibilities* Lead a team of talented and experienced direct reports, providing direction, career coaching, constructive feedback and meaningful recognition while maintaining an inclusive environment and achieving remarkable results* Maintain a strong operations perspective while being open to input, feedback and recommendations from innovation teams and other partners* Drive transformation within discrete Change Management, Incident Management, Business Continuity, Interaction Management and Service Request Management processes and optimize across those same practices to eliminate friction and achieve world class IT Service Management* Manage and evolve an adaptable strategic framework of policies, processes, and procedures that enable Traditional, DevOps and Hybrid operations models * Partner within GOS to drive adoption of service management practices and automation impr
