Aerotek Process Technician in WARREN, Michigan


The Process Technician is responsible for setting up and maintaining process controls on presses, molds and equipment to customer specifications. They are responsible for resolving manufacturing processes. The Process Technician is responsible troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on the equipment. Additionally, they will maintain equipment and prevent failures by suggesting and implementing improvement plans. They would coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure good production and quality through problem solving and continuous improvement activities.

Each day the process technician will have a shift change over conversation with the next shift process technician. This will give them a good idea of the what they are walking into for the day.

2nd and 3rd shift's available


Process Technician, Mold Maker, Plastic Injection technician, Plastic technician

Must Have:

-5+ years plastic injection molding

-Proven processing experience

-Willingness to learn new processes

-Continuous improvement mindset

-Strong troubleshooting experience

Nice to Have:

-Robotics experience

-Nachi robots
