Drafting of various litigation and discovery related documents
Preparation of answers to interrogatories, assist with additional discovery
Review of litigation/discovery documents
Provide support, as needed, to discovery team
Additional litigation paralegal responsibilities, as assigned
BA/BS degree and/or ABA paralegal certificate preferred
Knowledge of Federal and State Court rules
Superior knowledge of litigation and discovery process
Knowledge of various discovery methods
Ideal candidate should have 2+ years’ of experience
