Kelly Legal Managed Services has an exciting DIRECT HIRE opportunity for a Litigation/Discovery Paralegal with a highly respected Metro Detroit firm.   • Drafting of various litigation and discovery related documents

  • Preparation of answers to interrogatories, assist with additional discovery

  • Review of litigation/discovery documents

  • Provide support, as needed, to discovery team

  • Additional litigation paralegal responsibilities, as assigned


  • BA/BS degree and/or ABA paralegal certificate preferred

  • Knowledge of Federal and State Court rules

  • Superior knowledge of litigation and discovery process

  • Knowledge of various discovery methods

  • Ideal candidate should have 2+ years’ of experience
