As a Virtual/Remote Recruiter of Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group (KellyOCG), you have the ability to make an immediate impact. You will be working directly with one of our premiere clients to drive their full cycle recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Has and will maintain accountability of the entire recruiting process as defined by the client
Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Managers to manage the wing-to-wing recruitment process for active requisitions
Leads initial consultations with Hiring Managers on requisition definition and potential sourcing strategies
Conduct external searches through strategic sourcing (social networking, cold-calling/passive sourcing, job board utilization, etc.)
Develop and maintains extensive and effective networks within professional associations and within the community to ensure a continuous flow of candidates
Develop and maintains a high volume of referrals and a strong candidate pipeline
Maintain understanding and execution of diversity and quality requirements
Ensure compliance with legal and client regulations during identification and screening process
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Human Resources or similar or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience
Experience recruiting in a very high volume- fast pace environment
Must have experience recruiting within a RPO or Corporate environment
Must have experience recruiting with in Life Science- Pharma Or Medical Device
Knowledgeable of applicable employment laws
Utilizes problem solving and root cause analysis skills
Operational experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System
Identifies and screens candidates according to OFCCP guidelines
Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast paced, intense work environment and adapt to constant changes and competing priorities
Must have a strong commitment to quality and ethical behavior and maintain high level of confidentiality
Must be able to deal with all levels within the organization, including Executive Management
Identifies and resolves potential challenges and risks then engages in proper escalation procedure
Effectively builds rapport with applicants and other internal team members
Drives results in a positive and professional manner in a deadline-oriented environment
