Job Description

Core Responsibilities may include:

  • Work within Software Team to design, implement, and test embedded software

  • Perform System and Software Requirements analysis using formal Requirements Engineering techniques

  • Scripting opportunities using Python or other languages to improve automatic test environments

  • Learn and Execute Standard Software Development Processes

  • Support strategic process improvement initiatives by analyzing current process performance and identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Opportunity to interface with other domains (i.e. Hardware, Systems)

Additional Responsibilities may include:

  • Software analysis: static code analysis and dynamic code analysis

  • Software verification activities: module testing and integration testing

  • Debugging on emulator, module, and/or actual vehicle, including use of test equipment

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge of embedded C

  • Basic understanding of vehicle networks

  • Good understanding of embedded systems

  • Experience with scripting environments

  • Good problem solving

  • Able to work independently on new or complex assignments

  • Must be enrolled in a US accredited Electrical Engineering degree program,

  • Must maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8
