Join the technology company that's transforming the future of mobility today.About this PositionThis individual will be a key member of Financial Planning Analysis Staff, supporting management, including the assessment and communication of financial results.Responsibilities and Duties•Coordinate and execute the analysis and development of the consolidated financial forecast/business plan, including financial statement enterprise modeling and analysis (I/S, B/S and CF).•Coordinate and execute the review of monthly reporting and results process. Provide analytical support and recommendations on key financial issues. This includes the research and explanation of variances to the plan in coordination with regions.•Provide analytical support and recommendations on key financial issues. This includes the research and explanation of variances to the plan in coordination with regions.•Proactively provide analysis in order to drive performance accountability and strengthen forecast/BBP development.•Increase visibility into business performance by prioritizing performance metrics and evaluating root cause of performance drivers.•Assist in the continued development of global standardized processes and best practices implementation across the organization.•Additional projects as needed.Basic Qualifications•Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance or Business•4+ years' experience with financial modeling and analysis•4+ years' experience with planning/reporting, operations analysis and budgeting/forecasting•4+ years' experience with planning/reporting, operations analysis and budgeting/forecasting•4+ years' experience with balance sheets, cash flows and income statement model consolidations•4+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite(primarily Excel and PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications•Individual who is ambitious, assertive and aspires to be at the management level in a 2-3 year time frame•Financial System experience, preferably 3-5 years of Hyperion Planning and SAP•Knowledge and application of sound accounting principles•Strong time management and multi-tasking skills•Ability to prioritize among multiple assignments and indirect reporting responsibilities•Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and communication (written and verbal) skills•Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment•Willing to work in excess of 40 hour week during initial transition, during month-end close, budget cycles, and as required•Exhibits strong interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills•Ability to interface with all levels of management in order to communicate and assess financial results•Ability to interpret input received from different functions•Take initiative to complete challenging assignments, participate in teams and foster their progress, and create opportunities for improvement in key business processes•Self-starter and self-learnerTraits We Seek:•Curiously investigate everything - ability to solve problems analytically, creatively and collaboratively•Lead with confidence - thought leaders who empower those around them•Learn by doing - an entrepreneurial mindset that's driven by hands-on experimentation•Embrace resilience - seeing every challenge as a learning opportunity and invitation to growAptiv Rewards and Advantages:•Competitive co
