Kelly Services Employee Field Service Center Specialist in Troy, Michigan
The Employee Field Service Specialist will be handling incoming calls and resolving inquiries about billing issues. Will be resolving any issues pertaining to direct deposit, money network cards, stop payments, and W2 information. Hours will range from 8AM- 8PM, Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours a week. Shifts will rotate however they will post at least 2 weeks in advance. The position is part time/full time. Long Term Assignment. Pay Rate is $14 an hour. Candidate must have good customer service experience. Also need to be able to multi-task and have good computer skills such as the ability to navigate between screens.Agents will support U.S, Canadian and Puerto Rico payroll inquiries from employees, branches, and other field. Spanish speaking a plus
