Direct Placement, (Pay non-negotiable), Hours:9am-6pm.

Description:

Data Entry/Customer Service for warehouse sales for wholesale business

• Receive order from sales rep

• This person will handle all sales orders for domestic orders (CA, TX, IL, NY)

• Will enter order into their system and make sure everything is correct

• Update all information for shipping date, locations, payment type, etc.

• Send to production

• Watch delivery date to make sure everything is on time and update client accordingly

• Follow up on past due balances

• Contact customers by phone or email to collect payment and update system with the correct info

• Put in a request change or handle sales order questions

• Work with sales team to answer questions from customers

• Follow up with customer on answers via email or by phone

• Work with customer through an returns or exchanges to make sure everything is handled appropriately.

• Use ERP system to document everything, to manage sales system.

Data entry, Customer service, Microsoft excel, Microsoft office

kills & Qualifications:

Must haves:

• Detail oriented

• Extremely organized

• Great customer service mindset - need to be very nice to customer - be able to translate messages nicely to the customer

• Strong communication via email or verbally over the phone

• Customer service experience (2+ years)

• Experience using computer and detail oriented (2+ years)

• Open to someone entry level if the personality is strong

• High school diploma

• Data entry experience

• Excel experience
