Assists in the preparation, portioning, service and monitoring of food and beverages. Maintains standards of food safety and sanitation. Recognizes and reports variances to leadership. Provides excellent patient and family centered care and services as it relates to the Beaumont Standards./span/span/span/spanspanspanbspanspanEssential Duties:/span/span/b /span/span ullispanspanspanspanSets up, stocks and prepares assigned station for service. /span/span/span/span/lilispanspanspanspanServes food and beverages to established standards using safe food handling practices. /span/span/span/span/lilispanspanspanspanReplenishes stock and maintains safety and sanitation of assigned areas./span/span/span/span/lilispanspanspanspanMonitors temperatures, self-service areas and product volumes as assigned. /span/span/span/span/lilispanspanspanspanBusses dirty dishes, maintains condiment stand and dining areas as assigned./span/span/span/span/lilispanspanspanspanProvides excellent customer service. Attentive to special needs of customers.
