Munson Medical Center Digital Marketing Specialist- Web in Traverse City, Michigan

SUMMARY:

Munson Healthcare is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist-Web for Munson Healthcare. Reporting directly to the System Director, Marketing and Corporate Communications, this role will implement all digital strategies and website management for Munson Healthcare. The ideal candidate must be able to execute high-level strategies for multiple digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, virtual care, CRM and email marketing. The Digital Marketing Specialist-Web will also work with other departments to address their website content needs and updates while maintaining control and consistency of content and design.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in web design or related field

  • 3-5 years related experience and/or training

  • Experience with content management systems

  • Experience implementing digital strategies with multimedia across multiple platforms

  • Experience managing digital content across multiple platforms, including website and blog

  • Experience implementing SEO strategies

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in working with and building relationships with a broad cross-section of stakeholders and influencers

  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • In collaboration with other team members, translates organizational brand and marketing strategies into the digital environment including e-mail campaigns, paid search, display media and more

  • Demonstrated knowledge of CRM systems, including utilization and optimization

  • Previous professional experience with email marketing and marketing software such as HubSpot, Healthgrades, Salesforce or Marketo

  • Responsible for maintaining, scaling, and expanding website. Post and manage content. Maintain the branding of the website and any additions/modifications to the site

  • Oversee all back-end technology including web hosting, databases, etc.

  • Cultivate relevant web analytics to evaluate traffic and audience

  • Optimize the digital assets based on SEO standards, usability reports, and system priorites.

  • Knowledge or experience with online listings and reputation management

  • Troubleshoot technical design issues, consistent content updating, and other technical support related to the web.

  • Prepare detailed quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to senior leadership in a manner that is easily interpreted and aids strategic and tactical decision-making

  • Knowledge of current digital technologies, with the ability to identify relevant emerging technologies and their potential use

  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; strong organizational skills; highly self-motivated and self-directed; and attentive to detail

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
