Join us!Senior Collaboration Services Engineer•Perform Infrastructure optimization assessments for Microsoft Exchange•Demonstrate strong team leadership skills with a focus on results•Administer Exchange Online in a Hybrid environment•Support and administration of Microsoft Unified Communications solutions including Lync/Skype for Business and Exchange•Manage Office 365 licensing, ensuring the appropriate license level for cost-efficiencies•Superior work ethic, with flexible and client aware demeanor•Exceptional documentation, presentation, and communication skills•Broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies and products, with specialization in one or more of the following: PowerShell, Office365, Exchange Online, Windows Server / Microsoft Deployments•Office 365 eDiscovery, Legal Holds, mailbox exports•PowerShell scripting for managing GUID, UPN, AD attributes, and Immutable ID issues•Administration of Microsoft ATP for Exchange anti-spam•Experience in Active Directory, DNS - Group management, shared mailbox and resource mailbox management•Support for SMTP services (central enterprise relay)•Provide recommendations on changes and design enhancements to improve reliability, security, processes, and performance.•Take responsibility for meeting commitments; desire to succeed and has a history of meeting solutions by deadline.•Build respectful relationships with team members; consistently acknowledges and appreciates each member's contributions.•Provides quality customer service above else•3rd tier support for users; knowledge of mail clients on all Operating systems (desktop and mobile).•Support SMTP services (enterprise relay)About American Axle ManufacturingFor over 20 years, customers around the world have entrusted AAM to design, engineer, validate and manufacture driveline, metal forming, powertrain, and casting technologies for automotive, commercial and industrial markets.
