Tenneco has recently acquired Federal-Mogul. The strategic combination of Tenneco’s Ride Performance business with Federal-Mogul’s Motorparts business will establish a global aftermarket leader with an impressive portfolio of some of the strongest brands in the aftermarket including Monroe®, Walker®, Wagner®, Champion®, Fel-Pro® and MOOG®. The company’s broader aftermarket product coverage, stronger distribution channels, and enhanced channel development will strengthen its position in established and high growth markets (China and India), and drive success through new mobility models and capturing evolving e-commerce opportunities.

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for managing and coordinating part number level information with: finance, distribution, manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, marketing, inventory control, and vendors.

The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. You’ll first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, and then the next step will be a personal interview with our hiring manager. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and Coordinate part number information across departments.

  • Handle and administer system updates

  • Create and manager bill of materials and revisions that are necessary.

  • Manage invoices / PO disputes

  • Analyze raw material trends.

  • Coordination and preparation for annual operating plan.

  • Database management of forecast and cost comparison.

  • Breakdown to highlight material and labor contribution to overall cost.

Required Experience

EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-4 years of data analytics experience, preferably in finance and/or operations

  • Ability to work independently as well as in an International team environment

  • Exceptional, precise and clear communication, teamwork, cooperation, positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to interact with seniors

  • Advanced Powerpoint and Excel skills (index-match, pivot tables, vlookup); proficiency in MS Office as well as SAP

  • Competent in the English language; other languages are an advantage
