We are hiring aCredit Reporting Supervisorwithin ourCredit Reporting Department.

  • The purpose of the “Credit Reporting Supervisor” position is to effectively lead a team of 6 to 12 Credit Reporting Specialists who are responsible for investigating and responding to consumer credit reporting disputes

Responsibilities in your area will include:

  • Ability to Assess and action the dimensions of Organizational Health that directly affect your team to drive top performance

  • The primary outcome is to ensure your team is capable of performing the work with the right balance of quality and quantity

  • Your emphasis will be on:

  • Setting and enforcing Clear Expectations for your team

  • Creating the Right Work Environment

  • Ensuring your team consists of the Right People

  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance and continuously coaching team members via the Performance Management process

  • Identifying Training opportunities and act as the primary trainer on core Policies and Processes

  • Support the business by handling incoming warm transfers from other customer facing areas of the business

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of proven success in investigating and responding to consumer credit reporting disputes

  • Proven expertise in utilizing e-OSCAR (Online Solutions for Complete and Accurate Credit Reporting)

  • Demonstrate a capability to teach others

  • Demonstrate a capability and a willingness to learn new systems and processes; and be a champion of change management

  • Be able to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a clear, confident and concise manner

  • Be able to provide clear and constructive feedback to team members

  • Be receptive to ongoing feedback aimed at improving your performance and the performance of your team

  • Be a quick thinker, with an ability to understand and interpret information promptly and effectively

  • Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines

  • FCRA or CDIA Certification (or must be obtained within the first 90 days of starting in this role)

  • Work onsite at the Credit Acceptance HQ site
