Apply today and take your first steps down arewarding new career path!OVERVIEWOffice Coordinators handle the routine office work and administrativeresponsibilities of the community. They are also responsible for assistingwith planning and coordinating community events and activities.JOB DUTIESEstablish rapport with residents and prospective residents, field communitycomments, suggestions, and complaints, and forward to the appropriate managerPrepare and distribute resident and community communications (i.e. rulereminders, violation notices, increase letters, delinquency notices,eviction paperwork, lease addendums and renewals)Prepare bills and statements for approvalPerform administrative functions including answering phones, typing,copying, faxing, and filingComplete and maintain community records, reports, and filesCollect and post resident security deposits, processing fees, rents,inspection or other fees; record in the proper accounts and issue receiptsMake collection calls for rental paymentsProcess move-ins and move-outsAssist with the preparation of marketing materials and implementation ofresident relation activitiesAssist prospective residents by revie wing new and used home listings,showing homes, and assisting with applicationsForward all customer service requests to the Community ManagerMaintain petty cash fund, recording expenditures in proper accountsREQUIREMENTSAs an Office Coordinator, you must be pleasant, professional andwell-spoken. You must also be highly organized and detail-oriented with theability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
