ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Saline, Michigan

Manpower is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to work for one of our premier clients in Saline. This is a great full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established company in the food processing and packaging industry working 3rd shift 11pm-7am. Pay rate is $21 per hour.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Repairing and maintaining all machines and equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

  • Completing preventative maintenance on all equipment to ensure maximum up time on all machines.

  • Filling out work orders and checklists and keeping an organized binder in the maintenance area.

  • Assisting at achieving daily production schedule.

  • Keeping toolboxes and tools cleaned and organized.

  • Working with other departments and supporting building-wide projects as needed.

Those interested must be able to:

  • Perform the essential physical functions of the job including: climbing ladders; standing for long periods of time; lifting up to 50 pound; bending, reaching, stooping, etc.

  • Operate a forklift and certified to use a man lift.

  • Have good communication and documentation skills.
