PROJECT MANAGERApply Now DATE POSTED 11/06/2019 Requisition Number: 252684BR-1 Location: United States - Michigan - Saginaw Area of Interest: Engineering, Project Management Position Type: Full Time JOB SUMMARYResponsible for leading all aspects of implementing and managing assigned Field Operations projects and serves as the main point of contact for those projects. Coordinates tasks with all stakeholders across multiple disciplines and documenting those detailed tasks, durations, and task interdependencies into a cohesive project plan to ensure project goals are achieved within the stated timelines and financial budgets.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEstablishes project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned Field Ops projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations using the appropriate toolsFacilitates and drives completion of all specific deliverables required to support project and prioritiesDevelops project plans to set key milestones, timelines, and deliverables as well as identify resource needs and perform quality reviewsEnsures project resources are held accountable for timely delivery with quality and completenessActs as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectivesSuccessfully manages the relationship with the internal clients and all stakeholders in multiple business unitsCoordinates communication with various stakeholder groups across multiple functions and business units that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of a projectIdentify areas of risk and opportunity, manage conflicts; and collaboratively recommend creative mutually acceptable solutions, escalating where appropriateProvides and communicates project status reports to leadership and stakeholder groupsResponsible for handling multiple projects simultaneouslyTracks costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are metPerforms other duties as requestedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills /Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person , on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straight-forward, and professional mannerStrong ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a wholeStrong understanding and ability to manage complex program and project budgetsStrong ability in implementing program and project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage and qualityStrong knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identifiedStrong understanding of multiple project management disciplinesAbility to manage multiple projects at a timeAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to show judgement and initiative to accomplish job dutiesAbility to develop strong working relationships with peers and project membersExcellent critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently with minimal instructionsProven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge and ability to use computer and software applicationsAbility to analyze and interpret dataEducationBachelor s degree in related field or equivalent work experienceProject Management certification or successful completion of a recognized pro
