What you will do
The Segmentation Analyst will be a subject matter expert in the production and delivery of high quality Pre-Operative Plans, they will assist and advise the Senior Supervisor in driving team training and performance and running day-to-day tasks.
Enter segmentation request data into data base.
Review CR scans for conformity to required protocol
Segment CT Scan Data using specialized software to create 3DAnatomical Bone Models.
Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hipand Total Knee Arthroplasty.
Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy ofanatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning.
Upload completed Pre-plans to field based personnel.
Document all activities according to prescribed methods andprocedures.
Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output
Serve as the senior problem solver for technical issues
Respond to and provide direct customer feedback and requests
Help drive team performance in coordination with the Planner andSenior Supervisor
Assist in the training and development of Senior and LeadSegmentation Representatives
Develop with the Senior Supervisor and Manager the development ofnew technologies or techniques for department use
Serve as a super-user for any new or in-development technologies ortechniques applicable to the business
What you need
6+ years of work experience required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Additionally, you will need
Work experience in Segmentation, Graphic Design or Medical DeviceManufacturing is preferred
Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office suite is required,candidates with experience in Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS arepreferred
Certification or related experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI) preferred
Certification in Nursing or related field preferred
College level anatomy course completion preferred
Demonstrated customer service orientation. Demonstrated interpersonaland communication skills preferred
Demonstrated efficient work methods and an ability to handle multipletasks in a fast-paced environment
