What you will do
Develop and execute solution design activities such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design, workflows, and rule logic definition in the context of the Salesforce application
Create users, customize and implement profiles, security settings, roles and data sharing rules
Design, produce, and assist users and stakeholders in development of data analytic capabilities, dashboards, and other various business solutions.
Design, produce and maintain dashboards and reports
Serve as subject-matter expert on sources, definitions, and procedures for capturing, accessing, extracting, and processing data
Design and create workflows including automated alerts, field updates, and email generation
Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as Salesforce
Manage and prioritize ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users. Test and facilitate training on new releases
Manage, prioritize, and provide oversight for software enhancements as requested by business partners.
What you need
Bachelors degree required
4+ years relevant experience required
SalesForce.Com Administor certification preferred
Intermediate understanding of SalesForce.Com/ServiceMax, validation, record types and reporting/dashboards and experience creating process documentation preferred
