Job Description


This role will lead the Regional Sales Managers and a Sales Analyst with a focus on the Trade/Wholesale team across the organization consisting of the Pro Initiative segments. This role leads a team that is responsible for driving specifications, contracts, a pro strategy and execution across all channels and relationships with key indirect customers and influencers. Customers would include wholesalers, plumbing contractors and installers, regional representatives and agency buying groups. In this role, the leader will build and develop growth strategies, policies and procedures relative to these key segments to be executed across Direct Sales Regions using strategic decision making. The leader has ownership of program development, selling expenses and budgets for contract sales.

In addition, this leader will lead all aspects of the strategy and execution for the pro initiative. While the pro initiative resides in the trade channel, the strategy and execution will encompass retail, trade and eCommerce in order to gain share regardless of where the pro purchases.

This role will own the oversight of all Regional Sales Managers for segments listed.


  • Strategic development and implementation for key segments

  • Develop vision and build alignment across Omni Channel

  • Corporate relationships with key Indirect customers

  • Build and execute performance management and personal development plans for each direct report

  • Develop annual revenue and expense budgets for respective team

  • Systematically identify process gaps/waste and drive improvements

  • Collaborate where appropriate with other Masco divisions to share knowledge, information and support to drive synergies

  • Monitor market conditions, and competitors' products, prices, sales & programs

  • Prepare sales budgets & reports

Education and Experience:

  • 4-year degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong financial and business acumen

  • Sales management and customer facing experience at the C-Level

  • Sales planning, execution, management and working strategically with an in-direct reporting sales force

  • Ability to lead without direct authority

  • Ability to travel up to 40% is required
