The Chassis organization is seeking to fill a Regional Commercial Excellence Management position, responsible for managing the regional commercial tools, templates and procedures of ZF Suspension Technology by partnering with the sales organization to drive both systems and processes to achieve commercial excellence in region North America.
Support and coordinate quote process in the product line including system input CQI and best proactive quote letter.
Track, evaluate and report quote process KPI’s including status, lead time, delay, etc.
Ownership for claim management including claim identification, with KAE teams, supporting claim quantification and reporting of claims (CCT).
Serve as regional sales core key user for Quote Management (CQI) and Claim Management (CCT)
Provide training and first level support in the region on CQI and CCT topics in the region including permission rights, reporting and data quality
Collect, aggregate and analyze market price indices to compare cost vs. customer recovery and report quarterly pain/gain summary using best practice tools.
Understand and support Operational and Strategic planning phases for S4C/SDI tool and related initiatives.
Lead Commercial evaluation, act as Key User and provide training for engineering change management (ECM) processes in the region
Owner of the price tracking tool including processing pricing approvals for the region.
Identify and implement regional commercial best practice tools, processes, methods and reporting in region North America.
Administer and implement GDPEP sales best practices and standards in region North America.
Collaborate regionally with sales team on business management needs and reporting - claim management, new business acquisitions, ongoing optimization of sales tools and procedures…
Support the regional Sales organization and project teams under the leadership of the project manager with all commercial topics during the product development and ongoing production. Topics include change requests, tool orders, purchase orders, etc.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing, Engineering and 8+ years of experience with sales, account management, engineering or a combination
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
Proven project and time management abilities
Proven database and system management expertise and experience – SAP, Microsoft applications – Excel, PowerPoint
Broad knowledge of a discipline such as product engineering, automotive sales, OE account management, or inside sales and customer service initiatives with a high-level expertise in industrial/regional sales distribution chains, strategic marketing initiatives/research
Ability to work in an intercultural environment with international colleagues
Ability to influence and engage personnel and management at multiple levels within internal and external organizations
