Acadia Healthcare Charge Nurse 7pm-7:30am in New Baltimore, Michigan
Join our team as a Charge Nurse and help those who are struggling with mental health, behavioral health and substance abuse issues. The schedule for this position is 7pm-7:30am (2) shifts in week 1, (3) 12 shifts in week 2. Some weekend shifts will be required. Opportunities are available for additional floor nursing shifts to make this a full-time position if desired.

The Charge Nurse provides supervision at the facility in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
Duties of the Charge Nurse will include, but is not limited to: assisting with staffing including managing FTE's, staff assignment and reassignment, audit documentation, assist with admissions, treatment plans and reassessments. They will also provide a high level of customer service, resolve issues, educate staff, report issues and provide shift reports.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
Two or more years’ experience as a RN required.
Two or more years’ in behavioral health experience preferred.
One or more years’ supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
