Kelly is happy to exclusively present a contract opportunity in a full-time role as a HR Content Writer at Dow Chemical in Midland, MI!

  • This is an exciting 6-month role with Dow’s HR Operational Excellence (OpEx) team!

  • This is a fully Remote role!

The Details:

  • $18.00-$28.00/hr. payrate min. commensurate with corporate Content Writing experience!

  • We need 1-3 Years of Experience at Minimum

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.

  • The project duration is six months currently.

  • Must be able to provide technical writing samples

HR Content Writer OVERVIEW:

  • The HR Content Writer will work to achieve the objectives and deliverables of the Knowledge Base Optimization project.

  • This project will focus on making HR content easy to find, easy to consume and relevant to improve employees’ experience with HR content and the Knowledge Base, Dow’s centralized repository for self-service information.

Primary duties for the HR Content Writer will include:

  • Improving readability of HR content in the Knowledge Base, transforming content into consumable, user-friendly articles that quickly address employees’ and leaders’ questions

  • Reviewing content improvements with content owners to ensure accuracy of information is maintained and client feedback is effectively addressed

  • Assisting the project team with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of HR content to improve relevancy of search results for HR topics

Job Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Professional/Technical Writing, or other related field

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in a technical writing position

  • Experience working with HR content

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to write for multiple audiences

  • Self-motivated/self-starter

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management

Additional Details:
