AVI-SPL Campaign Support Specialist in Midland, Michigan

The Campaign Support Specialist provides (internal) support to the Marketing Sales organization for a Fortune 500 company. Objective is to accelerate growth and profit for the businesses with strong emphasis on the execution of specific integrated marketing campaigns aligned to a business or geographical implementation of demand generation / marketing automation. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations Process data updates, campaign execution in marketing automation platform. Our client is using Oracle Marketing Cloud / Eloqua as our social/market listening platform. This includes email, landing page, form creation, creating segments and uploading / updating contacts, working with Custom Data Objects, Field Merges, Dynamic Content, etc. Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines Provide trouble shooting and project support Generate reports upon request Focus on business specific applications and work processes in order to gain higher levels of support Review requests daily and prioritize as necessary Develop and maintain solid working relationships Consult with different stakeholders as necessary to resolve requests Identify, update, and communicate changes to determine best practices Support Client projects as project lead. Create any required project deliverables and ensure project is completed within time frame negotiated with the requestor Demonstrate proficiency in project management and customer service Must be able to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing priorities Display accountability, initiative for action and ability to work independently Demonstrate urgency and quickly remove roadblocks while assessing multiple opportunities Exhibit mature teamwork skills, and a willingness to share ownership and responsibilities Utilize work process documentation, business rules, experience, and knowledge to identify improvement areas Liaise with project stakeholders on an on-going basis Focal point for validating and testing improvement opportunities Create, execute, and maintain consistency in delivery of services Skills and Abilities Experience using marketing automation tools for email campaign execution and demand generation Generate reports and communicate their meaning Understanding of HTML and other web/digital fundamentals Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred Education and/or Experience Minimum 3 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. Experience in marketing automation, preferably in Oracle Marketing Cloud / Eloqua. Marketing, Digital, IT and/or Data Management Skills is preferred. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Spanish and/or Portuguese knowledge is preferred. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
