Fiserv Training Specialist, Lead in Michigan
What does a great Training Specialist, Lead do?
Provides functional oversight to Deposit Solutions (IP) Training Team in addition to training assignments. Train clients on the operation and use of the SCS Remote Capture products. Prepare and run test decks to be used during training sessions and to validate set ups. Responsible for assigning Trainers to implementation projects.
In this role, you can expect to:
Gain proficiency with the SCS Remote Capture Applications.
Adhere to training standards
Present client training sessions via WebEx and onsite
Conduct conversion training and support
Applications to be trained would include but are not limited to:
SCS Branch Capture
SCS Merchant Capture
SCS ATM Capture
SCS Deposit Returns
SCS Deposit Review
SCS Report Viewer
Provide functional guidance to Trainers when needed
Create test decks and scan to create data for training and test output to validate set up
Perform other duties as required
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
High School Diploma required; 4-year college degree preferred.
Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Minimum: 3 years’ experience teaching and/or training in the financial industry (preferably banking).
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
Proficient in Source Capture Suite Remote Capture products
Proven communication skills
Public presentation experience to address individuals and groups ranging from 2 to 30
Experience in MS applications
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with good follow up skills and attention to detail
Travel Required: Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%.
