Job purpose
This role will work in conjunction with the client’s Corporate Properties leadership in on the development of EHS related programs and policies for the client’s Corporate Sites under the management of the client’s Corporate Properties. This will include all properties in the IFM and select properties outside of the IFM.
Duties and responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities tied to this role are as follows (dedicated to the client’s Corporate Properties):
Provide technical expertise on the development of the client’s EHS programs and policies for the client’s Corporate Properties.
Review EHS local and national regulations for the update or development of new programs and policies for the client’s Corporate Properties.
Work on developing training material for the dissemination of the newly developed EHS programs and policies for the client’s Corporate Properties.
Work in Gensuite to ensure programs are active and track their performance
Provide technical expertise in EHS topics to help develop a Quality Assurance and Quality control program around EHS program execution.
Interface with other client business EHS staff for alignment and awareness of policy and programs
These activities also may apply to non-CBRE managed locations.
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety or related.
Knowledge and experience with NEBOSH & NIOSH Standards.
OSHA certified.
Extensive knowledge on HSE international norms and standards.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Executive Presence.
HSE professional experience of at least 5 to 7 years as an HSE manager or regional HSE lead.
Knowledge and experience with HSE integrated management systems and software (e.g. Gensuite)
Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc.)
Proficient in English (professional level written and spoken)
