Job Summary A public spaces attendants main responsibility is to provide clean, and comfortable public spaces in line with Country Inns Suites by Radisson standards, while ensuring guest satisfaction by providing friendly and courteous service. Hotel public spaces include: hotel lobby, kitchen and dining area, conference room, hall ways, pool area, fitness room, etc. Essential Functions ol liAssists all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, whenever possible going the extra mile and doing whatever it takes to ensure guest satisfaction./li liThoroughly and correctly cleans and sets up hotel public spaces according to Country Inns Suites by Radisson operational policies and standards to ensure guest satisfaction. ol liSweeps, and mops all public spaces/li liRemoves trash and debris from all public spaces./li liCleans all surfaces in bathroom areas./li liDusts all surfaces./li liVacuums all public carpeted areas. Occasional extra carpet cleaning required./li liWashes windows./li liReports unusual circumstances to supervisor./li liReports maintenance requests promptly./li liTurns in articles left in public spaces and registers them accordingly in Lost Found Logbook./li /ol /li liMaintains cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner to maximize job efficiency./li liOrganizes storage areas to ensure the quality of the contents and to maximize job efficiency. ol liChecks stock to determine adequacy for dayrsquo;s work./li liRe-stocks cleaning supplies when necessary/li /ol /li liAcquires working knowledge of the property and all facilities to respond to guest questions effectively./li liUnderstands and applies all hotel safety and security procedures as required to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees and guests./li liKeeps immediate superior promptly and full informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/her attention so prompt corrective action can be taken./li liPerforms other duties as requested or required./li /ol Weekend availability is required.
