Model and communicate expectations to all associates in a professional and safe work environment. /divdiv Job Description PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSulliSix months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience./liliOne-year experience in guest-focused business (retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.)./liliWorking knowledge of all theatre crew functions./liliStrong communication skills./liliProficiency in MS Suite./liliDemonstrated ability to listen, communicate, and work effectively with guests, associates, and supervisors in a fast paced environment./liliDemonstrated ability to lead teams and consistently achieve results through resources./li/ulESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSulliCoordinate and coach theatre crew to perform the "essential functions" of their positions./liliReinforce "Wardrobe 101" policy with theatre crew./liliObserve theatre crew performance and provide feedback to management for discipline and performance evaluations./liliOptimize theatre crew placement on a round-by-round basis./liliLead teams and consistently achieve results through resources./liliSupervise, coach and coordinate theatre crew to execute and comply with Safe and Clean protocols./liliPerform daily operational and administrative duties as assigned./liliOversee opening and closing procedures outside of operating hours (minus vault management)./liliMay begin opening procedures and/or finalize closing procedures./liliProvide access to vendors for repairs and deliveries outside of operating hours./liliAssist management with floor operations./liliAssign registers / distribute banks (box, concession, guest service, and arcade)./liliSupply change, as needed./liliMaintain and reconcile floor safes./liliPull and count cash, cash equivalents, and coupons from individual drawers and enter results into computer system./liliPrepare deposits and banks./liliAccurately complete appropriate cash handling forms; maintain and balance cash handling fund./liliPerform daily opening, closing, operational, and administrative duties./liliAssist in the preparation of the emtheatre crew schedule /emwith final weekly document approval from a manager./liliParticipate in the daily inventory processes./liliOpen tickets for system support issues and follow-up for resolution./liliResolve guest questions, concerns, and issues./liliResearch guest issues related to AMC Stubs and credit card refund authorizations./liliDistribute and reconcile passes./liliListen, communicate, and work effectively with guests, associates, and supervisors in a fast-paced environment./liliMaintain regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts to ensure timely performance of duties./liliUphold AMC's emBusiness Practice Standards /emand ensure compliance with company programs./liliAbility to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision./liliPerform other duties as directed by management./li/ulUNIFORMulliProvided by Theatre: AMC-is
