EGT Printing is now hiring an experienced Account Exective to join their sales team!
Candidates should be comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, networking and building a book of business locally and regionally.
EGT's Account Executives are the day-to-day contacts with our customers delivering a print/technology solution suite. They provide the right solution to our customers and prospects through a consultative/solutions orientated approach. They maintain and grow their customer base and increase revenue by qualifying customer needs and recommending solutions in the form of high-quality products and services. Sales reps grow and manage their territory selling in a business-to-business environment within many key industries. Sales reps will be able to offer customers unique, valuable programs through our local print solutions. Represent RR Donnelley in a manner that addresses the customers’ print & technology needs by aligning our products and services in the form of a customer value-based “bundled solution.”
Deliver effective presentations at the executive level to gain customer engagement.
Prepare sales strategies that reflect the needs assessment for key opportunities.
Develop appropriate product, services and technology solutions for targeted accounts.
Achieve new business goals by identifying and developing strategic opportunities and selling technology-centric solutions to mid-market companies.
Develop and grow assigned territory while achieving all targeted revenue goals through self-owned account development.
Work with dedicated Customer Service Representatives to enhance the customer experience.
Prospect to find and cultivate the proper customer target base.
Develop action plans to convert qualified prospects to active customers.

Minimum Qualifications•Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing a key account territory from a zero base with a demonstrated track record of revenue plan performance.•Must have a proven track record of closing significant new business directly and consistently.•Strong communication level within all facets of delivering a message, excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, to include networking, cold calling, group/individual presentations and contract negotiation.•Ability to develop effective relationships internally and externally.•Ability to develop and comfortably present complex information to executive level audiences.•Strong business acumen.•Salesforce CRM
Ability to deliver innovative technology based solutions General knowledge of basic software programs such as MS Office and CRM database systems.
Highly organized, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with little or no instruction, as well as an ability to work in a team setting.
