Aerotek Die Setter in Macomb, Michigan


  • Candidates will be learning how to change out tools and super small dies for stamping presses.

  • They have 16 presses in the shop consisting of Komatsu, Sutherland and Rousselle machines.

  • The candidate will have to coordinate with tool room guys to make sure they know what needs to be done with used tools and where cleaned up tools need to go.

  • Will also be coordinating with the team of Die Setters and making sure they know about upcoming jobs.

  • They will be responsible for changeovers of jobs (typically 3 per day - could be more, could be less).


2nd Shift: 3pm - 2am (4 Days)

Need to be open to OT


  • Mechanical Aptitude (Being able to use tools to change out small dies, someone who has used to tools to take things apart and put back together)

  • Ability to learn

  • Motivated (Wants to show up for work everyday, learn new skills, help team)

  • 2+ years of shop experience
