The Sr. Business Development Manager will be accountable for identifying and delivering new business opportunities for T-Mobile.brbResponsibilities/bbrRequires competency in customer focus, change innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.brbr* Structure and drive strategic partnerships and new business relationships including development of key economic, business, and operational terms; negotiate and execute contracts with these partnerships; and manage their evolutionbr* Scout, identify and/or create new business opportunities and partnerships: a) identify and analyze complex market/business opportunities, b) evaluate key players and technologies, c) assess customer and market opportunities, d) develop differentiated product/service strategies, e) create potential economic/financial/business models, f) make T-Mobile recommendations, and g) develop business relationships to create new strategic partnersbr* Manage senior-level relationships with internal customers and with key players in the mobile industry - both in established and emerging segments and ecosystemsbr* Develop deep domain expertise in sectors vital to T-Mobile's core strategy. Provide strategic analysis and guidance (economic/financial, customer and market opportunities, key players and technologies, potential business models, T-Mobile fit, etc.) for a multitude of sectors and domains. Formulate recommendations and lead reviews of new opportunities, technologies, business models etc., to cross-functional teamsbrbQualifications/bbrbMinimum required/bbrbr* 8+ years of business development, alliance management, and/or strategic sales experience with financial/economic analysis preferably in consumer-focused wireless, high-tech (software, internet/new media, entertainment/content, etc.) or consumer electronics industriesbr* Experience in negotiating complete complex contracts/exhibits, RFP and RFI responses, co-marketing agreements, and related documentation and collaborationbr* Exceptionally strong strategic, industry, and financial/economic analysis skillsbrbrbDesired/bbrbr* Telecommunications industry experiencebrbrbEducation/bbr* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related fieldbrbMinimum Qualifications/bbr* At least 18 years of agebr* Legally authorized to work in the United Statesbr* High School Diploma or GEDbr* Pre-employment background screenbrbCompany Profile/bbrT-Mobile U.S. Inc.
