Demonstrate the ability to provide management for troubled and or high profile accounts. Lead corporate-wide efforts to develop efficient and effective processes that enable VSP to service both the customer and serve Eyefinity's strategic initiatives. Act as an expert advisor and primary Eyefinity liaison on client service and marketing related projects and issues. Collaborate with account team and internal business partners on strategies that drive growth and strengthen account relationships./div/divdivdivEssential Functions/divdivAs Senior Client Relationship Manager, manage all high profile multi-location accounts (+25 Locations.) Manage any account that is key to VSP Global's initiatives and other lines of businesses. Using in-depth knowledge of both Practice Solutions and the Optical Industry, provide in-depth on-site consulting with measurable results to individual clients to achieve solutions that benefit both the client and VSP Global's initiatives. Utilize market knowledge, research, and direct customer input to identify current and future customer requirements ensuring expectations are defined, understood, and integrated into the product and/or service offerings. Act as a primary conduit for strategic marketing initiatives by promoting the value of Eyefinity products to key accounts through satisfaction results, service performance results, technology advancements, and quality or production advancements. Act as a primary mentor for other Client Relationship managers to provide direction, tools, processes, and training to advance the goals and compliance of the Client Management Team. Provides regular feedback both to the CRM and Dept Manager. Contribute to and collaborate as required on department and organizational projects, task forces, and client-focused initiatives. Provides Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for internal software initiatives or projects. Develop solutions that meet key account needs and fit within Eyefinity products and processes. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify and address requirements as they relate to Eyefinity's products and service offerings. Function as primary Eyefinity service contact to achieve and maintain high satisfaction levels and ensure client retention. Document specific account requirements and work back with the Product Management team for inclusion in the product roadmap. Participate in and facilitate key account meetings. Develop and manage the implementation process to ensure key accounts are implemented according to requirements and performance standards. Work with internal business partners to address custom key account requirements. Ensure account requirements are documented and communicated. Proactively monitor key accounts to identify problematic issues.
