Learns the print industry and develops selling skills. Understands print customers' needs and is responsive to work with team (sales, customer service and customer support) to provide an outstanding customer experience.Responsible for opportunity management, customer programs (i.e., consignment) and other customer-facing activities within their market. Work with sales team to prospect potential new customers. May independently handle small local accounts, managing the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base. Work with PSL and sales reps to maximize margins, gain market share, and drive value-added selling.Job Responsibilities:•Learns sales administration by completing rotation in sales office functions.•Learns sales process by completing training program; completing study assignments.•Observes sales process by traveling with sales representatives; attending sales and service calls.•Practices sales process by calling on existing and then new accounts; adhering to established sales steps.•Updates job knowledge by participating in educational improvement opportunities; reading sales and marketing publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in sales and marketing organizations.•Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.•Handles mill claims, inventory issues, CDI inventory and consignment.
