Kelly Connect- Talent Resource Supervisor

Manage a team of 5-8 Onboarding Coordinators to ensure timely and effective solutions to routine employee onboarding processes. This will include answering policy questions, provide compliance support. Resolving escalations and employee onboarding issues. Will identify resources to be shifted to support the most critical needs of the business at any particular time

How will you contribute to the team?

  • Work with and under the direction of the On-boarding Operations manager to ensure all aspects of on-boarding are met with high level of standard and efficiency.

  • Ensure consistency in handling employee onboarding across all KellyConnect business including but not limited to I-9’s, DHS, SSA’s, TNC, State and customer-specific paperwork, offers, etc.

  • Complete the Performance/Development Discussion Guide and deliver Action Plan Initiate and participate in training (including cross-divisional orientation/training)

  • Attending and conduct team meetings.

  • Assist in the interviewing and selection process when adding headcount to the Onboarding team.

  • Assist in training new hires on the Onboarding team, including creating training curriculum and presenting to new hire groups.

  • Conduct bi-weekly 1:1 with direct reports, including growth conversations, performance reviews, coaching, and counseling where applicable

  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved while staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

Skills Required:

Communication & Leadership Abilities

  • Strong communication, written and verbal, including comfort with public speaking

  • Demonstrate a strong employee and customer focus

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management- High emotional intelligence, able to adjust communication style or approach depending on the situation

  • Process and people management skills

  • Knowledge of legal requirements related to FLSA guidelines, Title VII protections, ADAAA, FMLA, etc.

  • Ability to resolve issues or identify areas to improve by analyzing data provided

  • Ability to be proactive and anticipate the needs within the specific area of service, making recommendations on process and procedures that are more efficient

Knowledge & Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Sharepoint, SalesForce, KSN, and Nowhire.

  • Ability to resolve issues or identify areas to improve by analyzing data provided

  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience

  • 3+ years experience Onboarding/HR support
