Position Exempt StatusNon-ExemptWeekly Scheduled Hours40Scheduled Shift1st ShiftJob DescriptionHospitality tasks:Print off the daily conference room scheduleSet up scheduled conference rooms at least 30 minutes before start timeCover for receptionist from 8:15 AM - 8:30 AM dailyMonitor conference center/lunchroom/kitchen throughout the day to keep it cleanClean up/wipe down conference rooms/lunchroom/kitchen as neededRotate perishable items weeklyConfigure conference room tables and chairs as requiredStock Room Inventory:Take inventory of coffee supplies as requested by receptionIdentify when cleaning supplies need to be orderedReceive and reconcile supplies orderedCoordinate completion of conference room requests with on site team leader and receptionist/.Office Services:Receive, sort and distribute incoming accountable and US MailCopy/Scan/Print physical and digital media as requestedPerform mail runs every 30 minutes or as directed by on site team leaderAssist team leader with supply management as directed.Take direction from team leader and off-site manager.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 6 months customer service related experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) requiredPreferred Qualifications:Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred) Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Lifting up to 55 lbs with or without accommodations Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Competency in performing multiple functional tasks Ability to meet employer's attendance policyPAY TRANSPARENCY NONDISCRIMINATION PROVISIONThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
