Advantasure Clinical Systems Analyst in Lansing, Michigan

This position can be located remotely across the U.S. SUMMARY: The Clinical Systems Analyst will be responsible for the support and configuration of Health Management clinical system applications. Support consists of issue intake, triage and assignment. In addition to operational support, the person in this role will need to elicit business requirements for new business requests, fixes, and execute testing and QA processes. This includes some analysis of business workflows, recommendations for system configuration to meet business needs, development, QA, testing, coordination and implementation of system configuration. The Clinical Systems Analyst will be responsible for Case Management training and quality auditing. This individual also collaborates with all pertinent Advantasure teams, project managers, contractors, clients, and software vendors where applicable RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS: * Create case management job aids, training guides, quality audit tools and materials in coordination with the Health Management leadership team. * Develop, schedule and lead training sessions on case management workflows, processes and multi-system use * Evaluate staff performance in training environment and provide coaching and skill development support * Perform quality audits on case management episodes, workflows and processes * Lead troubleshooting efforts for configuration issues of moderate complexity and collaborates with respective IT teams on resolution. * Document, track and monitor configuration issues and resolutions. * Gather configuration requirements from Clinical Services business owners. Provide recommendations and perform system configurations to meet business need for new implementations and existing business processes, including document development and configuration * Develop and maintain documentation and matrixes as needed to support design and configuration. * Maintain version control of configuration updates in test and production environments. * Ensure that completed configuration changes fully satisfy the business request in terms of data integrity and requirements. * Help identify and resolve workflow issues related to technology and facilitate appropriate escalation for timely resolution. * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and follow up on problems through problem resolution and communication back to end users, stakeholder and other interested parties. * Act as the first line of support for end user issue intake by triaging of issues, assessing the priority/severity/urgency, and assigning to appropriate team members via JIRA and email communications * Perform verification and UAT testing, including creation of test plans, test scripts and coordination of UAT testing with business users. * Utilizes presentation and interpersonal skills to train end users and communicate program progress to leadership teams. * Assist with release validations. * Analyze business processes to ensure accurate system configuration. * Perform QA audits of the care management systems data and initiate corrective responses. * Act as the Clinical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to represent Health Management Operations in meetings. Authors user stories with process flows, mockups, and acceptance criteria in requirements tracking system. * Works in close collaboration with Health Management, Implementation, Reporting and IT teams.
