Solicit aftermarket opportunities on behalf of Lake Shore working closely with Program Managers. Determine root cause of field equipment failures and provide recommended corrective action to prevent reoccurrence. Coordinate actions required by other functional departments listed above to complete field warranty and service work in a timely manner. Perform most practical and economical rework and repairs to customerand#8217;s satisfaction. Perform field warranty and field service installation, repair, and start-up at customer site. Assure the validity of customer warranty claims and determine responsibility. Provide electronic condition found reports and field reports, which serve as objective evidence of customer satisfaction. Travel as required.
