Computer Task Group is seeking an Order Administrator for our client in Kalamazoo, MI.

Job Description:

Position is focused on managing the service order documentation process for our client's Scientific Anatomical Pathology U.S. Service Organization. The role is directly involved with Field Service teams in accurately processing CANVAS reports used to move status updates, copy Service reports into an ERP system, and the reviewing of spare part orders/ returns for accuracy. In addition, this role will be actively involved in Van Stock part allocation and other service administration duties.

Specific responsibilities include:

Manages all aspects of service documentation process; to include service call status updates, service order updates, and the upload of documents into an ERP system.

Fosters and grows positive customer relations; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer satisfaction. This individual is customer-focused and keeps the customer (field team) as the priority.

Helps with billing and third party part reconciliation where applicable. Helps with other administrative tasks with our Technical Support and Service Training Manager. Various month end responsibilities, by assisting our dispatch, billing, and warehouse functions. Perform other duties as required.
