Learn It Systems Community Liaison Manager in Kalamazoo, Michigan

LEARN Behavioral, the leading network of providers serving children with autism and other special needs, is looking for a Community Liaison Manager to provide crucial leadership to LEARN Behavioral’s national business development efforts. This highly visible role affords the opportunity to represent an industry leader that supports behavioral health services to over 4,000 families. In this role, you will directly support your local market, while overseeing a team of Community Liaison Associates who comprise our nationwide presence.

  • Oversee a team of 2 to 4 liaisons, who will be responsible for supporting community outreach efforts within their assigned markets

  • Partner with executive level and senior clinical leadership team members to develop plans and strategies for building new relationships that are key to growing the LEARN Behavioral network

  • Identify key influencers (physicians, providers, hospitals, schools, etc.) to develop and execute community outreach plans to expand LEARN Behavioral’s national presence

  • Develop strong business relationships with referral sources to solidify LEARN Behavioral’s nationwide presence within the industry

  • Represent LEARN Behavioral at conferences and other networking events, including career fair, as needed

  • Collaborate with LEARN’s marketing team on initiatives such as new center openings, community events, social media engagements and other community outreach programs and other strategies

  • Responsible for developing reporting, goals, metrics and outcomes, as well as driving performance to meet operational objectives and KPIs

  • Coach and train direct reports to promote maximum effectiveness and achieve department goals

  • Ensure team remains compliant by completing all mandatory trainings and meetings

  • Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by leadership

  • Bachelor degree required,

  • 5 to 7 years of leadership, sales and networking experience

  • 4+ years of client facing and/or Client Services experience, preferably within the healthcare or related industry

  • Community Outreach and/or Community Relations experience

  • Proven track record of effectively developing team metrics and KPIs

  • Experience with leading a virtual and nationally dispersed team

  • Experience in developing social media campaigns and strategies

  • Experience in developing strategic, technology-enabled processes and procedures that align with continued growth of the company

  • Travel may be required to attend meetings at corporate and other offices, as needed
