The programs are designed to equip participants with a broadoverview of the company, business units and functional areas. Assignmentstaking place in plant, technical and/or corporate environments. The rotationalprogram consists of two-three locations with multiple assignments, with eachlocation assignment lasting approximately 12-18 months.
