Spectrum Health is looking for a curious and entrepreneurial thought leader to join our Information Services Digital team, as an Innovation Strategist who will focus on outside-in perspectives that solves problems, changes behaviors, and drives better outcomes aligned to strategy. Responsibilities
Cultivate a roadmap of processes, partnerships, and technologies that lead to digital transformation
Integrate digital into larger strategies by collaborating with senior-level decision makers to build support and investment
Support program activation with go-to-market plan
Harness everyday brilliance through championing common language, methods, and tools for innovation
Co-create a future-state vision that excites imaginations and action
Creates organization from loosely defined ideas and opportunities through business relationships and synthesizing business requirements, operational needs, strategies and perspectives with emerging technology and information systems.
Excellent communication skills are an essential asset as you will be responsible for developing strategies to improve Spectrum Health's performance. These skills will also be essential in fostering collaboration among internal departments, external partners, and interacting with clients. You should have strong analytical abilities in order to evaluate Spectrum Health's business processes, determine solutions to minimize operating costs while improving customer satisfaction, and implement those solutions. Strong technical skills are needed to analyze an organization's information technology infrastructure and recommend improvements. Relevant technical skills and knowledge may include Agile, UI/UX practices, API integrations, and databases.
Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Preferred Master's Degree or equivalent
10 years of relevant experience in the field Required
Experience leading multiple moderately-sized project teams of eight or more team members within a matrix organization; leading multiple phases of multiple projects simultaneously; supervising or leading resources directly or indirectly in a cross-functional team environment; and projects in multiple technologies and/or business functions Preferred
