Spectrum Health Human Resources Service Center Manager in GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan

Position SummaryThe Manager of the Human Resources Service Center will be responsible for leading Service Center employees, planning, administering and overseeing the activities of the HR Service Center Department. This includes managing staff members as well as developing and administering department goals, objectives, policies, procedures and budgets at the Tier 0 and Tier 1 level. Ensures high levels of customer service are met and that employees' questions and concerns are resolved in a timely, professional manner. Basic Qualifications: Education - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience in Human Resources or Business Administration Experience - 3 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in leadership and/or project management 2 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in working with Service Now or other case/knowledge management software Preferred Qualifications: Experience - 2 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in leading a call center 2 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in HR operational role, specifically leading a call center
