TEKsystems has a client that is looking to fill a need for a talented, experienced IT professional for their team. Candidates will be responsible for all new technology deployment, desk side support that will work within their enterprise environment.

Top Skills Details:
Experience installing devices such as desktops and laptops
Experience with pc hardware troubleshooting and imaging at the end-user level
Proven work experience in providing end-user customer support in a professional enterprise environment
Strong customer service experience in an IT setting
PC/Network troubleshooting and deployment of PCs/laptops
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with non-technical customers as well as technical staff and vendors are required.
Demonstrated ability to interact with many people of different professional levels.
