Position Summary

The Michigan State University College of Human Medicine Department of Pediatrics and Human Development seeksCystic Fibrosis (CF) researcherswith a strong track record of extramural funding and well-developed research programs for a collaborative research arrangement with the Spectrum Health Group (SGH) Divisions of Adult and Pediatric Pulmonology and Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital and Physicians (HDCH), with SHG and HCDH providing bio-samples from their patient pools.

The successful candidate will also establish collaborative projects with researchers with related fields of study operating in East Lansing and Grand Rapids.

This is a Fixed-Term position open to the ranks of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor. Pay and rank will be commensurate with experience. This position will be based in Grand Rapids.

Required Degree

Doctorate -Biology, Microbiology, Genetics, or rela

Minimum Requirements

Only candidates with a doctoral degree in biology, microbiology, genetics or a related field will considered.

Desired Qualifications

A strong record in extramural funding is preferred.
